There exists an official Linux release of Tomb Raider (2013), yet the Steam site doesn’t list it as a supported platform. Since the game is available soon, I’m curious—buying it now means I’ll get the native Linux version if it’s offered?

I began it on Windows and completed it on Linux via Steam without any issues. The same holds true for the second game, even though I haven’t finished it yet.

while using steam I’m limited to the 2007 anniversary edition for Windows, but through Heroic Launcher (Epic Games Store) I can access versions like - Tomb Raider Game of the Year, Shadow of the Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition, and Rise of the Tomb Raider: 20 Year Celebration on Linux Mint Debian Edition 5.
