Hello everyone, I recently upgraded my system from Intel to AMD, changing the motherboard from an ASUS Z170K to a Tomahawk X570. Previously, I could charge devices via USB 2.x and 3.x ports when the computer was off—wifey Fitbits, phones, tablets worked fine. Now it doesn<|pad|> to say "no." I’m curious if there’s a hidden BIOS setting or just a hardware decision behind this change. (I really wish it could be adjusted.) Since I don’t mind shutting down Windows or the system, thanks for any advice or details! — Bartholomew

Thanks for letting me know. It seems turning on "resume by usb" made a difference. The confirmation was promising, and it now functions properly. Appreciate the help!
