It seems the video is quite outdated, likely from more than six months back. You should find a newer approach instead. Windows 10 remains functional without any significant benefits compared to Windows 11.

Launch the command prompt by pressing Shift + F10 and entering OOBE\BYPASSNRO. It functioned successfully for me.

On Pro version of Windows, choose "work" system and then you'll be able to join a domain. Easy as that.
