To adjust the FPS cap in GMOD, enter the value directly after the colon (e.g., `fps_max 60`) without spaces. If you encounter errors like "Can't set fps_max when connected," ensure your connection is stable and try again.
Adjust fps_max outside of gaming or servers. Otherwise, set a frame cap in Radeon Settings or Nvidia Control Panel. If you need that, ensure the value is higher than your desired target. Here I'm using 60FPS as an example. This works with Driver San Francisco and should function too.
This is for some intel laptops so I cant relly do it through Radeon Settings.
