Hello, I set up Pop OS and noticed my Minecraft runs at 60 FPS. It doesn’t display the number on the FPS counter, but I suspect the low frame rate might be caused by mouse lag or delays while moving the character smoothly.

No, you can't disable VSync on Pop-OS. It's a built-in feature for smooth graphics performance.
