Hello, I set up Pop OS and noticed my Minecraft runs at 60 FPS. It doesn’t display the number on the FPS counter, but I suspect the low frame rate might be caused by mouse lag or delays while moving the character smoothly.

V-Sync is not activated, and your monitor refresh rate is currently 60 Hz.

Current display refresh speed is 60Hz and VSync remains disabled.

No, you can't disable VSync on Pop-OS. It's a built-in feature for smooth graphics performance.

I've got an 8GB DDR3 RAM, a 500GB SSD, an FX 6100, and an HD 7770. It's an older configuration, but it still works fine.

Verify your GPU configuration via the AMD utility. The system sets v-sync to enabled by default.

Minecraft supports v-sync by default, yet turning it off within the AMD application offers the optimal fix.
