Are you referring to the individual widgets or the search highlights feature located on the taskbar?
Settings > Privacy & Security > Search Permissions > Additional Options, and disable "Search highlight".
It seems there is no record or reference to what you described.
I just reviewed again, unfortunately none of the choices in the search area help remove the widgets or everything. And yeah, sorry about that—I was using Windows 10 XD and forgot W11 is no longer available.
Find the search highlight by clicking the taskbar and placing it where you normally turn off the search bar.
