Hey there! I understand you're looking for a quicker way, but this method works best for me. I downloaded Elementary OS Luna from their site using a torrent. With my Daemon tools, I opened it and set up a virtual drive. Then I mounted the ISO image on that drive. Next, I inserted a black CD into my PC. What should I do now? Should I burn it myself or copy the files from the virtual drive to the CD and then write them in? Let me know and I’ll help!

Remove the .ISO file from the CD/DVD, keep it in place, turn on the PC, verify the CD/DVD in the BIOS before booting up, then install the operating system.

You're using a virtual machine, right? That's why you might need to burn or mount something. You can handle it directly through the software itself.

Is that the virtual disk you were expecting? It seems like you might be confused.

Sorry, I missed that detail. Just place the .iso file into the virtual machine.

You can copy files from the virtual drive to the CD and then use the CD-ROM utility to write them to the disk.

No virtual machines involved. Unfamiliar with Daemon Tools.
