After resetting your PC and clearing everything, the system prompts you to recover files from OneDrive, settings, preferences, and apps linked to your Microsoft account. To avoid restoration and begin fresh, you can manually delete or remove the files you wish to keep, then log in again with a new account or reset your existing one.

Your profile remains linked to OneDrive, but avoid restoring files from there. Remove them directly within OneDrive.

Just avoid setting up OneDrive. When removing files, it's just a folder within OneDrive (the setup can differ slightly based on the Windows version).
