Hey there,
Is this a fresh laptop? If yes, it should clearly mention whether it's running Windows 10 or 11. Anything newer than the past six months will likely come with Windows 11, unless it's specified otherwise

You can also navigate to settings, check for Windows updates, and then select is my computer ready for Windows 11. Generally, any Intel CPU from the 8th generation or newer, or any AMD Ryzen processor will work with Windows 11.
