The title seeks information about matching the Xbox One X experience to a PC setup, aiming for 1080p at 60 frames per second. Please let me know if you'd like me to rephrase or clarify further.

Likely, perhaps even quite a bit.

Your performance metrics indicate the Xbox One X operates smoothly at a 4k/30 refresh rate with medium to high settings. For a sharper 1080p60 experience, upgrading to a higher-end system would likely improve results. Knowing your hardware specifications can help optimize settings.

You own an i7 8700 processor with 16GB RAM and an EVGA SSC GTX 1060 graphics card.

Ubisoft suggests using an i7 3770 as the CPU and a GTX 760 GPU. This setup should work well for 1080p60 at high performance. Your machine exceeds those requirements, so begin with the ultra setting. If you struggle to maintain 60fps, reduce less noticeable options such as AA and shadows to higher levels.

According to Eurogamer's review, the Xbox One X seems to be operating at native 4K, even though texture detail is reduced. It likely runs on medium to high settings. If you're targeting 1080p at 60 FPS, you can easily increase it to higher performance levels.

Thank you for your patience. I'm experiencing significant lag and stuttering even when adjusting settings. The high preset causes noticeable performance issues, and reducing shadows and AA doesn't eliminate the spikes. Your feedback is valuable.

Sure, I can help with that. Just ensure GPU-z is enabled with the sensors tab active, and when stuttering occurs, capture a screenshot of GPU-z and share it here.

I did this recently using Afterburner. The person assisting me suggested my HDD might be the issue. I own a 1TB WD Black Dual Core Processor 7200rpm. They mentioned that switching to an SSD could eliminate the lag and stuttering. On Reddit, someone advised that an SSD mainly improves loading times. I’ll capture a screenshot and share it later.

You're right about the open-world game. An SSD could improve performance, though you seem more cautious now after playing GTA V on standard drives.
