Hello !
When playing on the monitor's native resolution (like 1920x1080), the game stutters most noticeably in Fortnite and CS:GO. You might want to consider upgrading to a monitor with a higher refresh rate. Your current settings—120fps for Fortnite and around 180fps for CS:GO—suggest you're already using high performance, but a better display could help further.
If you're using Nvidia, open the control panel and enable fast sync for the games you play. After that, switch off vsync, which should help with stuttering. Also check your couch/gpu usage to identify any bottlenecks. I'm on Nvidia... I tried what you suggested, but I only have the vsync option available, not fast sync or similar settings. I used to disable vsync from the control panel a few weeks back, but it didn't fix the stuttering issue.
