Are all drivers current? Yes, everyone should use it. Open BIOS, disable the internal GPU, and if that fails, contact your retailer for an RMA—this appears to be a faulty card! Good luck!

I receive around 19-28 frames per second regardless of the game settings, whether it's low or ultra. Since I can play Bo3 at a steady 60fps even during intense battles, it suggests I could handle Trove smoothly on ultra as well.
