The best game is definitely Neko Para!!! but don't go buying it. You'll wish you had more time and maybe think about ending things after playing. Other great titles include Batman, Doom, Mass Effects, Metro, and Fallout. Elder Scrolls is there too, though not everyone enjoys it.
