This is a discussion thread about games with great graphics, and how their gameplay is. When it comes to this everyone defaults Crysis. However the first one's graphics aren't as great as they used to be. I played it, & couldn't get into the game, as the gameplay wasn't that fun for me. The second has some controversy in it, as there was heavily linear gameplay and I don't know much about the opinions of 3. Which of the 2 sequels was best in terms of gameplay? And Graphics? I'm thinking 3 has better graphics. Just look at this: Spoiler Another great series is the Metro series from 4A Games. The 2033 original was tons of fun, and has an art style that doesn't hold up perfectly today. However Last Light, and the redux of both look truly beautiful. I can't wait for the new one to come out later this year. It's going to take all my free time till I beat it 2 or 3 times haha. What are some other games with good graphics? Are they fun? I heard that Skyrim can look good with Shader mods, and ESP or something. I modded Fallout 4 a bit graphically, trying to achieve this: Spoiler But I couldn't get all the gameplay mods to work, (If anyone graceful wants to PM me how they did it and got it to work, I'll love you.) and the mod that gives you cinematic widescreen didn't remember my settings after quitting. (Same deal but for remembering settings) I really wanted to do the Frost Survival thing, and the aesthetic mods look really cool. It's kinda like this mod for stalker, (Which I loved!!) however Stalker doesn't have great graphics, or graphics mods as far as I know. Spoiler I haven't played any other Crytech games like Rise (RYZE? Ryse...) son of Rome, nor Black-desert Online. Again, any games you like that have great graphics? Any mods? Any specific mods for games like Fallout, Skyrim, and whatnot? How about with great gameplay? FEAR was pretty fun, though I have only played the first one, and didn't finish it.
Yeah, I didn't think about Unity games much. Many of them look great. Have you ever played one? It supports VR, which sounds interesting!
I haven't experienced it directly, yet I'd be interested in trying.
Battlefield 1/4 offers impressive visuals and an enjoyable FPS experience for fans of that genre. Battlefront 2 is visually striking and entertaining for Star Wars enthusiasts, though it includes many microtransactions. Subnautica delivers great graphics and seems like an engaging title (according to the videos I've seen).
I spent a lot of time on Battlefield 3 on 360, mostly when I had extra time. The game looks great and sounds impressive, but I have some concerns about the company’s behavior. I tried the first version, but I’m not confident in backing the studio. If I got it for free, I’d definitely play it. I saw Markiplier try it out, though his consistency with his other content was off, so I stopped. It might be worth checking more closely. I hope you can too! There are some affordable VR headsets available. I’m hoping Sony makes their PS4 VR work well with PC. I’d definitely consider that option. Have you played either of those games? Or have you seen Escape from Tarkov? Here’s a video if you haven’t seen the spoilers.
Here are some great Slavic cultural pieces for you to explore!
It seems a few individuals involved in the stalker project are contributing to this content. They mentioned “Survivalarium,” which they described as a challenging team-based experience similar to Call of Duty, though without zombies. It feels like a functional version of DayZ but with a different focus.
Mirror's Edge Catalyst, Mass Effect Andromeda shine when you have the right hardware for Hyper and Ultra modes. Quantum Break often gets missed because of its stunning visuals.
I really enjoy Battlefield 3 for its visuals, especially considering its release time (2011). BF1 also impresses with its attention to detail. Other titles that come to mind are Elite Dangerous, Dying Light, Watch_Dogs 2, Forza Horizon 3, and Witcher 3.
