I tried Titanfall 2 for the first time and found it to be just average... I understand Luke appreciates the story, but after playing 'Detroit Become Human' it became my favorite. I expected the Titans to be more intuitive, but that seems personal. The narrative began in a familiar way but didn’t really engage me. I played the game for about two days, and since I’m also a big Apex Legends fan, I enjoyed the controls there. Anyone else had a similar experience? How did it turn out for you?

I found the time warp interesting, it was a great feature, though the Titan was a real pain to use in any scenario.

I generally don't enjoy mech games, yet I thought the controls in Titans were straightforward and the game was quite fun. I was expecting Titanfall 3 with the SP Campaign, but haven't had any success yet.

Time jump was special. The story was okay but brief; I favor single-player experiences over chaotic multiplayer. Mech time was decent, though only a handful of loadouts stood out to me. I lean toward classic MechWarrior style rather than this iteration. Call me traditional, but I was raised on the arcade joystick versions of mech games.

I believe the most impressive aspect of Titanfall was its movement. The levels of enjoyment really shine as you quickly navigate through maps, reaching legendary status. Mastering gunplay is secondary to this aspect, which works well here.

Titanfall 2 caught me off guard, I had no prior knowledge about it. I discovered it on Origin and decided to explore it, excited by its potential. The SP stood out to me. Compact yet refined, with smooth movement mechanics and impressive visuals for the Source Engine. The "Cause and Effect" system added a nice twist. In multiplayer, I've accumulated around 100 hours of playtime and it's even more enjoyable, particularly the PvP modes without titans. I'd give it a solid 9 out of 10.
