Hello! Please know this might seem a bit unclear, but I’m trying to find a guide on what to turn on or off right after getting a new computer. Things like checking if resizable bars are active and adjusting settings could help boost performance. It’s great you’re thinking about these small steps!

Wipe all partitions from the storage device and reinstall Windows 10 to remove unwanted software. Follow the instructions for Radium Angel to turn off telemetry tracking.

You're correct. I should have been clearer. It's a desktop that comes ready to use.

In Windows, launch Task Manager, choose the "Performance" section, then pick "Memory" from the left sidebar. Look at the bottom right to verify your RAM speed matches what you purchased; if not, XMP/DOCP/EXPO might be disabled. Enter BIOS, enable it, and during setup you can also verify the Resizable-BAR feature—though not all graphics cards support it.
