I adjusted my i7 7700K with the Ausus EzTuning system during an Aida64 Stability Test. The maximum CPU throttle reached was 9%, but it usually stays around 4%. The average temperature was about 78 degrees, even at full load. Should I lower it further or keep it as is? I’m leaning toward leaving it as is since gaming and app usage makes this usage normal and unlikely to cause overheating. It’s just a minor percentage change. Edited May 22, 2021 by Naxi_Mu (typo)

The goal is to achieve ample cooling capacity, allowing higher voltages and increased clock speeds. You're pushing past your cooler's limits. This is why stress testing a CPU is important.
