I've been adjusting the settings on my AMD FX 6300 and achieved a consistent 4.6 GHz overclock at 1.365v using Prime 95 blend, reaching a thermal margin of 10°C. Should I raise the voltage for an even higher overclock? Would it be beneficial (will performance improve)?

The Jordan Gamer shared their experience with an AMD FX 6300. They achieved a stable 4.6 GHz overclock at 1.365v using Prime 95 blend, reaching a thermal margin of 10 degrees. They are considering raising the voltage for a higher overclock and wondering if it would be beneficial, expecting performance improvements.

No, you're finished. I've obtained the same setup with the 970 mb Aura module, which is the best I've managed to get. Any further voltage boosts will generate more heat. What are your actual idle and underload temperatures?

No problem, you're finished. I've got the same setup with the 970 mb audio card, which is the best I've managed to get. Any further voltage boosts will only generate more heat. What are your actual idle and underload temperatures? Reading from ASUS AI Suite II shows idle at 39°C and load between 65°C and 70°C.
