I just played CS:GO a few hours back and managed some solid clutches with an AWP mouse. Except for that, I'm still pretty new to the game. Any advice for beginners? If you're curious, I'm using a Surface Pro 1 with a Logitech wireless mouse—hopefully I can upgrade it later if I find something more affordable.

If I had the freedom, I would. Sadly, I’m only 16.

FOR NO PURPOSE: Try this if you're looking for amusement while the MLG Silvers and Novas criticize your performance in the match.

I don't care. I'm feeling really bad. I checked my friend's other account for a game and played 6 and 27.

They said folks here only offer poor guidance, and I ignored them! Actually, I mostly focused on practice. Of course, the advice is general, but here are some pointers: * Study the spray patterns for the weapons you'll use most often—like AK-47, M4A4, M4A1-S, MP7, MP9, Five-seveN, and a few more. * When moving, don’t shoot at the ground; aim around eye level. This is known as "crosshair placement" and helps you adjust quickly when targeting an enemy’s head. * Understand the current economic trends. Some basic strategies: if you’re a terrorist and win early with or without a bomb plant, buy in the second round. If you lose the first round with a bomb plant, wait for the second to counter CT purchases. If you start as a terrorist but lose without a bomb plant, hold off until you can afford it. If you’re a CT and lose the first round, keep buying until you can comfortably purchase. If you’re a CT and win the first round, buy the second. Always try not to buy when your team is conserving resources. * Improve your aim with weapons such as AK-47, SG 553, and Scout/AWP—they often deliver a headshot on the first shot. Other firearms provide more damage per hit. * Master team tactics and strategies. You’ll find many YouTube channels focused on this, especially The WarOwl, who regularly posts updates on CS:GO meta and tips.

Start with Subs and Rifles first. Avoid using "hacker" or "Walls" unless you have solid proof. I’ve lost interest because I think it’s possible to reach 1000... Please don’t ask for tips here—most folks won’t understand how to play. Instead, check out this playlist; it’ll get you back on track. https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL...SBrjzi2jX0 Enjoy!
