Hey everyone.
Here’s the update.
I just completed my first build and attached the specs.
I’ve done a lot of research and adjusted several settings, so far it’s running at around 4.8 ghz.
Vcore is set to 1.370v.
Only a few tweaks in the BIOS besides increasing RAM.
The tests I ran were smooth:
- AIDA64 stress test over 4 hours, no issues.
- Prime95 stress and torture tests, also fine.
- Realbench stress test, no problems either.
I played a few games during setup and everything worked well at high and ultra speeds.
There’s one issue: I get an error on 1 core when running Prime95 for the first 10 minutes.
All temperatures are within normal ranges.
CPU temps stayed around 81°C max, averaging about 71°C.
RAM temperature was similar, averaging 71°C.
CPU package stayed under 81°C, averaging 72°C.
Core 1 averaged 69°C, Core 2 66°C, Core 3 76°C, Core 4 69°C, and Core 5 68°C.
Core 6 averaged 71°C.
I’m wondering if I can be confident this was a safe run or if I need to restart.
The big concern is the core temperature differences and the error in Core 3 during Prime95.
Any tips would be really helpful—would it be okay to say I managed it and start over?
Thanks for your time, and let me know if I missed anything important.

I recommend checking the maximum stable overclock under 1.3v for sustained performance. 1.37v is too high for the 14nm process.
