Windows 10 isn’t getting support soon, so I chose to upgrade. Since my laptop isn’t a high-end model, I’m using all the features Windows 10 offers. I’m concerned that switching to Windows 11 might slow things down. I’m looking into Tiny11 as an alternative. I need to know how Tiny11 performs compared to a regular Windows 11 Home installation. Also, can I change my license from Windows 11 Pro back to Windows 11 Home? I’ve found ways to upgrade Home to Pro, but I’m unsure if the reverse is possible with Tiny11.

Windows 10 will be fine for years. There really isnt much reason to migrate to windows 11.

Tiny11 is a tailored operating system, so I wouldn't suggest it for anything beyond a test unit or virtual machine. Windows 11 seems to require more memory, though the CPU usage isn't drastically different. You can reduce animations and transparency options to improve performance.
