Tiny10 setup installs GPT disk drive.
Hey, I see what’s going on. The error you’re getting suggests the bootloader can’t find a GPT partition, which usually means the drive isn’t formatted correctly for UEFI. Since you’re using Tiny10, you’ll need to format the drive properly first. Try formatting the 2TB HDD with a GPT partition before installing Tiny10. Also, make sure the SSD is properly recognized and formatted as well. Let me know if you need help with that!
Rufus isn't able to modify your boot drive to GPT. He only formats the USB stick. The Windows installer needs you to change your MBR boot drive to GPT format, which you can do inside the installer. You might not remember if it's possible to do this automatically, but you can definitely accomplish it yourself. Good luck!
uncertain about the outcome but the guide for changing an MR boot to GPT is available on this page. it’s not promoted or used personally. needs a Windows OS installed—uncertain if you can apply this to your target machine. the article mentions it’s a starting point, though legacy mode is sometimes referred to as CSM compatibility support mode. note that it may not work with a Windows 11 installation.
Remove all partitions from the drive and allow the installer to rebuild it automatically.
