CPU-Z displays the stick’s configuration includes presets for 1333 MHz (JEDEC #4) and 1864 MHz (932 x 2, XMP-1864). Because 1600 MHz falls between the two, and you’re certain the stick can handle 1864 MHz, it will also support 1600 MHz. You can safely apply the XMP-1864 settings at 1600 MHz. The stick might be capable of meeting all higher timings or only a few with slight adjustments—such as 9-10-10-24-32—but it’s not guaranteed. I recommend sticking to the relaxed XMP-1864 profile and then lowering the frequency to 1600 MHz manually. A utility like AIDA64 can list all parameters, though you may need to tweak a few settings in the BIOS yourself.

Software such as Aida64 provides a complete list of settings, not limited to what CPU-Z shows. You can obtain the trial version and restart it repeatedly until parameters appear in the memory section. If sections disappear randomly, use the more cautious values shown for better stability. As shown in the example, you might adjust the codes to 10-11-10 instead of 11-11-11, and set the minimum RAM idle time to 30 with tRAS as indicated in CPU-Z. All other settings seem appropriate. You can create a bootable USB drive using Memtest86 and verify memory health at https://www.memtest86.com/download.htm. A full pass should take about 15 minutes to an hour, depending on RAM size and number of drives. If it succeeds, the timings are considered good.
