I created a Pi top with a Raspberry Pi 3b and a hub, and whenever I restart or clear the background, it seems to reset again. Let me know if there’s a reason for this.

It doesn't seem to have a built-in real-time clock. Ada fruit offers one as an option.

still in the initial script, include the line with background=file.img and set store=persistent for clock as well.
