Timeout for processor startup

Hello, do any of you experience a blue screen warning about Processor start timeout? It doesn’t occur every time, but happens around 80% of the time. I’ve updated the BIOS and reinstalled Windows on an SSD drive. Still the issue persists. Microsoft support suggested it might be related to drivers, and they mentioned it could be a processor problem. I’m curious if others have faced this problem. Thanks for your help.

It’s unusual to see such settings, as overclocking typically leads to higher performance metrics. This suggests the system was not intentionally optimized for speed.

Did you ever figure this out? I helped a friend set up a PC with an i7 4790K and ASUS motherboard. It’s showing the processor_start_timeout error—any advice would be great!
