This raises doubts about the upgrade. Going from 3200G to 5600G offers a quicker processor, yet graphics performance remains largely unchanged. Both Vega onboard. If you aim to play newer games, an upgrade makes more sense. A CPU and GPU combo definitely boosts performance, but if that's all you need, replacing the CPU might not be necessary. You could simply install the GTX 1060. Vega graphics is similar to an GTX750Ti as I recall.

Performed a bottleneck test but the CPU isn't powerful enough, as indicated.

You can safely disregard all online bottleneck calculators.
It’s clear you wouldn’t match an RTX 4090 with a Ryzen 3200G, yet the overall performance could still improve, especially if the CPU is faster. The GPU limitation would depend more on the game engine than on in-game graphics.
You won’t be hindered from achieving high resolutions and downscaling while keeping the GPU as the constraint.
A GTX 1060 in an optimal setup will deliver better FPS at the correct configurations.
However, if the GPU becomes the constraint, the CPU becomes irrelevant.
You can still run 1080p ultra settings on older titles.
You maintain excellent image quality while maintaining reasonable frame rates.

Maybe it's time to install the new SSD and A card, as that makes the most sense financially.

Thank you for all the feedback. There are still many things to consider.

A simple method to assess something is to visit YouTube, search for Ryzen 3200G and GTX1060 FPS, or explore different hardware setups. You often find many popular games being tested across various systems. Focus on the FPS figures and configurations, rather than exactly how the gameplay appears since video compression usually smooths out interruptions.
