I don't understand what's going on... I set the right time and after some time it changes, and it happens again. I've tried Malwarebytes and Avast but nothing came up. Thanks!

Did you disconnect your PC during daylight savings changes? That could signal a failing CMOS battery. Otherwise, it might just be a misconfiguration in Windows.
