I’m trying the ThinkPad T495 with a Caldigit dock, but it’s not connecting properly. My Dell Latitude worked without issues, and its Thunderbolt dock also connected fine. I’m unsure what the other dock model is.

According to online searches, this appears to be an AMD laptop. Typically, AMD laptops aren't compatible with TB3. The Caldigit dock likely won't function properly as a USB+DP source without a TB signal.
