I attempted to export my Thynderbird accounts using the export mode but accidentally lost Thunderbird. Now when I launch TB, I see new account details instead of mine. I don’t want to repeat this process. Luckily, I saved my profile and just need to get TB to acknowledge it without finding a solution. I created a new Profile in Profile Manager following the steps I read earlier, remembering how I managed before TB became too large with frequent updates. I replaced the old profile with the one containing all my emails, past and present, but not the current TB versions. Could anyone help me redo that process?

I tried that... maybe it’s different now or I misunderstood your advice. I opened TB-P, and when it asked to create a profile, I used the default one with its title still intact, which contains all my emails and so on. 47 gb's... technically I’m not really setting up a new account, just adding my preferred one. I pointed it to the location as you suggested. After rebooting the PC and clicking on TB, I only see the usual donation form while being asked for my email address and others, specifically... It’s frustrating because previously all three of my email accounts appeared when I clicked on TB.

I cannot interpret the details fully, as I lack the specific context. I performed this task using a laptop, copying my Thunderbird profile from my desktop. The exact folder reference matters.
