Download the app, apply throttle stop. Launch and navigate to the FIVR button, click it. Tick the box "Disable and Lock turbo power limits." Confirm by clicking OK and dismissing the menu. Access the TPL menu, where you can adjust turbo time limits. Let me know if this assists.

I already have Intel XTU installed, but it causes issues with the system.

Reset your XTU, remove any existing profile settings, and wipe the CMOS on the board. Retry the process.
