It seems the situation is quite low, around 70°C. The provided link appears to be ineffective; instead, a Mac OS application might have disabled turbo boost. You may want to try adjusting the voltage or clock speed manually.

Sorry, things happen, but life gets in the way. Hopefully the laptop is running smoothly now. If not, maybe it’s time to switch browsers. Try booting in safe mode and enable features one by one to figure out what’s causing the issues.
