Hello everyone, I own a Lenovo T430 with an Intel i5-3210m processor. It's been converted to a desktop setup. After several restarts and checking for Windows updates, it remains stuck at 1.2GHz without any changes. I ran an Intel XTU stress test, and it didn't show thermal throttling. The issue seems to be related to the battery not being connected, so it's only powered by the AC adapter. A fresh Windows installation means most of the system is still original. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

The issue has been resolved, and a chipset update was requested from Lenovo.
