Throttling my upload speed refers to a setting that limits the rate at which data is transferred during uploads.
I recently assembled a rig using an ASUS ROG Strix x570-E Gaming motherboard. I’m experiencing throttling on my upload speeds. After testing multiple devices connected to the same switch, I consistently see 900Mbps to 950Mbps across all tests. On my desktop setup, downloads reach 900Mbps and uploads cap at 180Mbps. I’ve adjusted my Ethernet adapter settings in Windows and updated drivers, but the issue persists. It seems there might be a limitation in an Asus utility that restricts my bandwidth. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
