PC appeared to begin throttling unexpectedly after cleaning. I had identical fan settings and everything was functioning perfectly, including the AIO pump. I’m confused about why this happened. I replaced the thermal paste and ensured it was properly seated. Here’s my PC: https://pcpartpicker.com/list/QNDc68

Approximately nine times the situation is worsening. Reattempt the mounting process carefully. Move slowly and adhere to the guidelines. If you removed the cooler just to clean, as mentioned, then this isn’t a sudden occurrence. It wouldn’t happen without any prior action.

It seems the system is throttling right from the start when you turn it on. That’s unusual—mostly there are other reasons for such a rapid temperature rise. It probably points to a mounting or cooling problem.

It appeared unexpectedly, and the sole task I performed was cleaning my GPU. I’m confused about why it began happening suddenly.

I’m observing noticeable throttling, with clock speeds decreasing gradually rather than dropping instantly. I’m confirming this by monitoring performance over time and comparing against expected baselines. To verify, I’ve double-checked the power connection to the air cooler to ensure it’s secure and functioning properly.
