Hello, I'm updating Windows on my brother's PC that he plans to sell. The reinstall is going through, but whenever it restarts—whether from exiting BIOS or after a Windows install restart—it plays three beeps. My system has these specs: Ryzen 5 3600 with two 8GB RAM sticks at 3200MHz, ASRock Steel Legend motherboard, RTX 2080 graphics, Samsung 980 NVMe SSD, Crucial MX500 250GB.

Check the RAM and reinsert it. If that fails, try a single stick and change it if needed. If none of these steps help, the RAM might be faulty or there could be a motherboard problem.
