Hey! To have the game run smoothly in the background, you’ll need to adjust its settings. Check the game’s options for background processing or automation features—sometimes it’s under system preferences or a dedicated menu. If you’re using window mode, ensure the game isn’t being interrupted when another app opens. Let me know if you need help finding the exact settings!

You're right, the issue persists even in fullscreen mode. I've encountered this before.

I understand the first roller coaster tycoon it could accomplish, but isn’t there a dedicated tool that lets you switch between pages without clicking? Maybe there’s software that keeps the game open while letting you handle other tasks, like scrolling through multiple windows without opening them. I don’t have much room on my desk for another monitor, and I really don’t want to spend money unless I’m actually sleeping. Haha!

RCT3 is quite a chaotic experience. It comes with numerous problems that become more apparent as you continue playing. Because Atari was a major issue, they mostly focused on preventing modifications or any changes that weren't part of the official release. Eventually, they stopped enforcing most of those changes, but by then many aspects had already been abandoned. Nowadays, there aren't any external programs that support it. What custom content, tracks, or modifications have been added are limited to what the developers themselves created.

I own this game, but I haven't played it before. If you'd like to use a browser, you might add it to your Steam library and try the overlay. I could attempt testing it myself.
