I've tested the official AMD raid driver and the two versions available on the Asus site. The model I'm using is the 4x NVMe card.
They pulled them to ensure the files are in the correct directory. On Intel systems, it usually takes 2-3 minutes, and sometimes there might be an issue. I checked and found 4 files, though they’re saved in your BIOS file. It’s possible your BIOS is running low on space.
I’m concerned this might not work. I’d prefer just swapping the PCIe slot and using 41TB drives, but I’m not sure that’s possible. I’ve already tried and it didn’t help.
Sure, that sounds unusual. It seems like the Windows installer is restarting when I attempt to install the RAID driver.
the raid software you're attempting to install is intended for the built-in RAID controller. it's unclear if this works with your specific card. i'd suggest adding an nvme drive straight to the mainboard and installing your operating system there. once that's set up, you can then apply the raid drivers for it. this way you'll have access to your 4TB storage. just disable the display of physical drives so you don't see them when the raid is active.
EDIT: i noticed you configured your PCIe port for raid mode. can you enable HYPER M.2 X16? if yes, activate it. your sata drives should remain in standard sata mode—use ahci unless you intend to use sata for raid as well. set system drives as internal nvme devices, and place the dimm2 in the appropriate slot. when configuring, remove the raid add-on controller and configure it after windows is installed.
just ensure you install windows on your onboard nvme drive. you should be able to create a raid0 volume with the dimm2 and nvme drives. for a 2TB setup, after it becomes functional, add the add-on card, configure the volume, and hide the physical drives in the disk manager. drivers will be installed in windows, and you should see the raid setup once everything is ready.
Currently I have three 1TB NVMe drives mounted directly on the board. One beside the PCH and two in the dimm.2. There’s no “hyper M.2” choice for PCIe. It supports PCIe16x and RAID mode. I don’t see any indication on the product page that it’s a RAID compatible card, though I’m not sure if that’s important. I’m surprised you can just configure the PCIe Hyper M.2 without dealing with RAID setup.

Based on your understanding, the sequence should be:
1. Remove DIMM and hyper card.
2. Perform a fresh Windows 10 installation on the main NVMe drive (install RAID drivers at that stage).
3. Complete a full Windows update and install RaidXpert software.
4. Install DIMM.2 and boot into Windows 10, then configure DIMM.2 as a 2TB RAID array in BIOS, boot to Windows again and initialize the array via RaidXpert.
5. Shut down the system.
6. Install HyperCar and configure the RAID array in BIOS.
7. Boot to Windows and initialize the Hyper RAID array in RaidXpert software, similar to step 4.
