No...but if I need to be able to run Bluestacks emulator and switch in and out of Ryzenmaster to check what it reports, I have to restart to turn on SVM. This makes it a bit awkward to use, especially because HWinfo64 shows everything it does. It just doesn't automatically adjust core clocks like RM does.
It might be unusual with your BIOS or MB, but using SVM works well in my setup. I mostly rely on VmWare workstation.
In any case, I’m giving up on CTR right now—it doesn’t offer much more than what I can achieve through BIOS and the 1usmus Power Plan. I actually use two of those plans but with different settings: one with CPU at 5/100% and another at 5/50%, where the latter caps the CPU at 2200MHz, which suits me when performance isn’t critical.
Yah... I realized it was the version of RM I had. I downloaded the updated package from the Guru3d link, and it works now with SVM enabled! I also found CTR similar: after using it, I ended up with the same settings I used when testing a fixed OC—4025Mhz, 1.275V. The only difference was that I spent around two weeks trying, which was frustrating. It would have been much quicker to use CTR and less stressful. Plus, it starts with a bias of no more than 1.275V, which is safer compared to the 1.35-1.375V range some people suggest for Ryzen fixed OC setups.
