You would need ot switch to a 2k/4K high refresh rate monitor asap, since the folowing build(even yours for that matter is overkill).

I don't think you'd need the X870E chipset, what are you looking for in your build's motherboard?
This item appears quite costly, but if you're unable to assemble it yourself, it offers good value. Alternatively, constructing it yourself or having a professional install it can yield a complete package at a similar cost. It's also a very reliable setup.

I’m searching for a reliable board that won’t limit performance, and any suggestions would be appreciated.
you are looking for a motherboard that matches your requirements. consider the number and type of usb ports, sata ports, m.2 slots, and onboard sound features. it shouldn’t limit your performance but provide exactly what you need—more than necessary or insufficient. take the time to identify your current and future needs, then review available options to find a model that fits. choose based on additional features like color or rgb options. also think about how these companies handle customization; some may only supply the cables required for the build and not extra ones. it’s wise to confirm whether they include all necessary cables so you can upgrade later if needed.
Tbh, I'm a bit green when picking maybe you could suggest a mobo from that list above that could work well. I'd like a model that can handle upgradable components in the future. It should have enough spacing and not be too cramped on the board. I'd also like it to support RGB lighting, though not necessarily required. Not sure if that helped much. Maybe a high-end board instead of the best options?
this appears to be a gaming machine, begin with the usb ports. what devices will you connect to your pc? kb, mouse, wifi dongle, headset, external hdd, capture card, etc. etc. now, what kinds of connections do these items use? usb a, c, 3.0, 3.2, etc. etc... you mention a small os drive and two tb m.2 drives for storage. is that sufficient? will you need a third drive soon, perhaps some small sata ssd's for additional data? do you plan to install one game at a time or would you like your entire steam library installed all the time "just in case"?
do you have any music and videos you wish to store? are you attempting to catalog every movie and song ever made and save it on your pc?
consider what you plan to do with your pc in the future. think about your needs clearly so you can identify what you require. maybe you don’t play video games right now, but you’re thinking about doing so later.
i don’t have the answers yet, but you do. once you can make a list of the features you need, you can then check available mobos to see what fits best.
i personally prefer the gb aorus series. i own an aorus pro, elite and master in my home. the master offers the most features but would be excessive for the other two models, which is why they use lower-end parts. if you just want everything in one package, the rog crosshair hero models are generally top quality at their price point.
