My current desktop has been running for over a decade. I'm planning to upgrade to a longer-lasting machine. It will be used for gaming titles like Baldur’s Gate 3, Madden, Cyberpunk 2077, MechWarrior, Guild Wars 2, and other applications such as 3D printing software, CAD, and office tasks. A new computer is on the way.

A few changes to consider.
750W psu is fine for that build ... that and Thermaltake psu's aren't all that great. Your choice of RAM is meant for an AM5 build ... look for Intel XMP RAM. There's cases at the same price point as the one you've chose that are better quality with excellent airflow. Last point is there's better quality gpu's than Galax.
Maybe something like this.

There aren't any significant compatibility issues. It's not necessarily something I would purchase for a 13700F, as it depends on personal taste. I might think about getting an integrated video if needed. Do you have a strong interest in liquid cooling?

No particular preference to liquid cooling.
I am trying to get all/most components through 1 place to get financing on it. Do not have $2000 just sitting around (mortgage, new roof, some medical debts) and my old comp is starting to slowly die.

It seems you're interested in purchasing a set of components for extended use without frequent upgrades. I'm considering options like the 13700 or 13700K CPU with integrated video, a DDR5 RAM kit of two 16GB sticks (5600 or 6000 MHz), possibly CL36, and a mid-range MSI or Gigabyte ATX board with M.2 and USB ports. An air cooler from brands like Noctua, Deep Cool, or Thermalright would be suitable, along with drives—Samsung WD and Crucial are fine if priced well, and you might want a small NVMe drive for the OS and a larger one for storage. A case should ensure proper airflow throughout. You're on the right path with your choices.

My thoughts:
The I5-13700 is a solid chipset.
Skipping the $25 discount on the F version makes sense.
Having integrated graphics can be helpful if you encounter issues with your graphics card.
Additionally, there’s a fast sync option:
Intel® Video Processing Library: Video Codecs
Enables media capabilities on CPUs, GPUs, VPUs, and other boosters through a newer Intel® Media SDK—a video-processing API for encoding and decoding.
www.intel.com
Noctua offers recommendations for appropriate air coolers.
Intel® Video Processing Library: Video Codecs
Allows media features on CPUs, GPUs, VPUs, and other boosters via a successor to Intel® Media SDK—a video-processing API for encoding and decoding.
www.intel.com
Since the 13700 model cannot be overclocked, cooling needs are moderate.
A basic Noctua NH-D12s would suffice.
These coolers come with a tube of excellent paste.
Don’t anticipate an AIO cooler lasting more than about 11 years.
The mechanical pump may stop working or collect debris. Tubes will need replacement.
Think about an AIO cooler as a five-year rental, after which you’ll likely need a new one.
850w is adequate, but Thermaltake PSUs vary in quality.
Verify the model details.
For lasting performance, opt for a PSU with a 10-year warranty.
It’s uncertain if your chosen model qualifies as a top choice.
Possible substitutes include Corsair RMx or Seasonic Focus/Prime.
If you’re after RGB lighting, the selected case is acceptable.
The cooler has sufficient headroom—160mm—making it compatible with most decent air coolers. NH-D15 is an exception. NH-D15s are fine.
Case selection is ultimately a personal decision.
