Thoughts on The witcher 3?
The excitement comes mainly from the lack of truly solid RPGs. Games like Mass Effect, Dragon Age, The Witcher, and Risen stand out with strong narratives and engaging experiences.
I've played the first game multiple times, spending around 10-15 hours. The gameplay didn't really engage me, especially the combat sections. I enjoyed the second game, so I'm considering a second run-through but am hesitant due to other titles and time constraints. I'll check the third game once it's out. Past releases have often had bugs and poor optimization, with patches adding extra content later. If the PC version turns out solid, I might go for it.
I played Witcher 2—it's a solid game. After the first monster fight, I thought about adding mods like "combat overhaul" and it activated God Mode: Angry. I got frustrated and uninstalled it. Life got back on track, so I never got to finish it. I plan to finish 2 before moving on to 3.
