Relies on price and how soon you need to upgrade your graphics card. I used an i3-10100 for some time and it worked well with a Vega 64 without noticeable CPU limitations. With mid-range CPUs becoming more expensive (the old $169 Ryzen 5 3600s and $149 i5-10400F are no longer available), you can get an i3-10105F for around $104… that’s quite attractive. You can also pair it with the cheapest B560 motherboard, which supports memory overclocking. I think it should handle a RTX 3060ti without major performance drops, depending on the game. This gives you a solid upgrade path from an 1650 Super to a 3060ti or 3070.
