Hi so iv been streaming a while and been on and off it due to various reasons however recently I brought the HTC VIVE to add to my stream setup which is pretty great fun. However the limitation of it only running on the only HDMI port I have on my GPU doesnt help me when I have a ultrawide LG monitor. So here is my question do you prefer 2 pc setup or single pc setup? Currently running a 2 pc setup but have the issues of the LG not running correct resolution, Hardware I have 2 pcs listed in Signature, Mixer for audio, HDMI Spillter and switch for consoles (not in use currently).
Helpful comments and ideas would be great
so stick with 2 pcs or 1 pc for both, only just brought gaming rig hardware i upgraded.

Why not simply obtain a different cable for the ultrawide?

which type of cable would be best? considering your 1060GTX 3Gb windforce OC with HDMI display port and 2 DVI.

Any alternative cable meeting one of the other three ports could work, such as HDMI.

ok thanks for the help but not really helped on much else, ok if i was to do that then wouldnt that affect the stream output that would be going out via Display port for example as in can you have VIVE in HDMI then Displayport as the LG in 2k ultra wide and then DVI to HDMI to stream in 1080 so the same image as the display port.

If you linked them in the way you described, it should correctly reflect the image from the main screen.

The decision between keeping a dual setup or switching to a single setup depends on your needs.

I received a DVI adapter from Amazon to see if it would enable connecting it to the Avermedia card and achieving ultra wide resolution for the main display.
