The system is intended for gaming in 4K and will function as a 4K Plex server. Only one decoding process is expected at a time, suitable for personal use by the user and their spouse. Seeking the most stable RAM options, specifically checking if this configuration can support 8000MHz stability. The RAM is currently stored on Amazon. Monitors, an Exos drive, CPU, and case are already in place. Plans are to finalize the remaining components after some online evaluation. Reducing costs will focus on the motherboard; it seems the Master X model offers sufficient functionality without all its features. Clarification on the intended use is needed. A plan to upgrade the rear stock case fan to an RGB model is also being considered. Additional recommendations for accessories are being sought.

it should perform well on this board, though it remains overclocked; the final outcome is only clear after testing.

The expected gains from using 8000mhz RAM are modest. Performance improvements in 4K with current hardware remain similar regardless of CPU choice. The main limitation would likely stem from your local network, not the storage speed. The same applies to the motherboard—considering the price difference doesn’t justify the extra cost unless you need specific features.

This was also my exact feeling. It's your money, but be aware that the extent of improvements for spending more on storage is quite limited when it comes to RAM.

Thanks for all the suggestions. In reality, money isn't the main concern, but it's still pointless to squander it.
The Master X has a dedicated M.5 slot, so I thought it would make sense to install one there, right? I know the improvement is small, but watching the videos shows only tiny load time differences—still, what could be worse?
I'm placing my order now.
I chose the Gigabyte OC 4090 and bought it today for $1799 at Best Buy. It's a level 3 card and offers great value for the price.
I'll keep the MSI 1300 Watt platinum, using some of its monitoring tools to ensure it stays compatible with future builds; I'm aiming for a system around 1300 watts.
The 8000MT/s RAM is still on the budget, same cost as lower MT/s options, so why not? If I can't get 8000 performance out of it, well...
Overall, this should be an impressive build! A big jump from the 8700k and GTX 970 (I sold my 3090 last year during the card shortage). LOL
