I glanced at the video briefly; the ice and snow evoke the same vibe I usually rely on: complementary shaders. There are plenty of presets and adjustments to tweak, so you might not match the creator exactly. It’s worth mentioning that complementary shaders shine, and my limited tests against 5-10 other options also yielded the best results.
