I own a 10-year-old 250-watt unit from one of their office animals, and it still happily operates at its full capacity. Most of the other components came from a balloon, so I’m not too concerned about those parts.

An operating system doesn't actively "do" things; it manages and coordinates hardware and software activities.

Yes, it would likely be more efficient to optimize for two CPUs.

it's not about anything real, just the software running on top of your operating system requires optimization based on the number of cores available.

Psu can handle the load but it only supports one 6-pin connector. You might need to modify the setup or use an adapter to combine a MOLEX and a 6-pin into an 8-pin configuration.

I believed the RX480 uses a 6-pin connector, but I might be mistaken. In these cases, I strongly advise against using adapters—you can probably get by, though if issues arise, I won’t be responsible.

The model rx480 uses six pins, but locally there aren't any sellers offering that card... I tried purchasing an rx480 nitro+ with 8GB, but it came in an eight-pin version.
