Your system has a solid setup for gaming. Adding the RX480 8GB will boost your GPU power, making it likely to handle GTA on reasonable configurations. Just check your RAM and CPU usage to ensure smooth performance.

Its not a standard case tho... It has a weird hotswap supply, should be decent quality tho. I mean, its a server so it has to be good?

The server works well and should support GTA 5, but keep an eye on your power source. 2

Yes, it would likely need a Windows Pro license for the dual CPU setup.

Not only a Windows 10 Home setup is possible, even if you're unsure about safety. You can obtain an affordable license from the provided link.

the power sources in those devices are actually quite high quality, even though they don’t appear that way. (since it seems like a waste of money in HP’s premium lineup) as long as the wattage is present (which, I’m sure they have a spare 6-pin connection in such a setup), they’re fine to use.

I'm mainly focused on age, but I understand it too. As time passes, the caps wear down.

Features a 6-pin interface and delivers 600 watts, which is 100 watts above the minimum needed for an RX480 8GB SSD.
