I have a Dell laptop I purchased for a low price. The keyboard functions properly when used, displaying the correct characters. However, occasionally it fails to respond and displays random text (refer to the picture). As a result, I suspected a virus, performed a fresh installation, but the issue remains. I've also tested using a USB keyboard and the same behavior occurs. Used a keyboard test app, which showed no problems like stuck or short keys. Adjusted settings such as language and layout without resolving the problem. What might be causing this? Thank you in advance.

The issue was identified. The Alt keys seem to be short-circuited occasionally, causing them to freeze or stop working.
