I recently assembled my first computer and have been facing the same problem without much improvement. My ASUS motherboard lights up with a white VGA signal and a green Boot indicator, but neither DRAM nor CPU appears. I’m connected properly to my graphics card and monitor, yet no display output is coming through.

Verify GPU placement in the PCIe slot, then inspect the PCIe power cables to ensure they are securely connected. If issues persist, examine the power supply side to confirm all PCIe connections are fully engaged.

Are you referring to the one connected to the GPU and then to the PSU? I'm curious because the cable looks like it has two ends on the same wire. My PSU seems quite basic with no modular options.

Confirm the GPU is securely connected. I mentioned both since I was using my PC last night, and the GPU requires a 2x8 pin connection.

Ensure your DisplayPort or HDMI cable connects to the GPU, not the motherboard.
